- Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

- AML and fraud screening providers: Compliance technology providers used to screen transactions and player activity against regulatory watchlists.

- Encryption at rest: Sensitive data stored on jlss servers — including identity documents, payment details, and account credentials — is encrypted using AES-256.
- Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized jlss personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. All staff with access to personal data undergo regular data privacy training.
- Multi-factor authentication: Administrative access to systems containing personal data requires multi-factor authentication.

While jlss takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your jlss Login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

- Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data privacy rights have been violated.

12. Children & Minors
The jlss Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. jlss does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data to jlss without your consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will promptly investigate and, where confirmed, close the account and delete all associated personal data.
jlss employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all data handled in accordance with applicable law.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
jlss primarily stores and processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud hosting or identity verification services — jlss ensures that such transfers are carried out in compliance with Section 21 of the DPA and the NPC's rules on cross-border data flows.
Specifically, jlss ensures that any recipient of personal data outside the Philippines provides an adequate level of data protection, either through contractual data transfer agreements incorporating NPC-approved standard contractual clauses, or through other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under Philippine data protection law.
14. Changes to This Policy
jlss reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data — jlss will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the jlss Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
