Where duplicate accounts are identified, jlss reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

jlss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlss account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlss does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jlss collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the matter.
jlss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlss will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jlss Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
